Best Friends Delivery is a home delivery service of pet food and supplies servicing parts of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. We offer free delivery with a $30 minimum order to the following cities in the San Fernando, Conejo and Simi Valleys:

Damaged items may be exchanged or returned within 48 hours of delivery.  Unwanted, unopened items may be returned but are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Shipping charges and delivery fees are nonrefundable.

There is a minimum order of $30 required to receive local delivery. Deliveries are made Monday, Wednesday and Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Monday and Tuesday are delivered on Wednesday and orders placed on Wednesday and Thursday are delivered on Friday.

Don’t worry about waiting at home for your delivery. Most customers aren’t home when our drivers arrive, and we cannot predict the time of day your delivery will be made. However, we do strive to make all deliveries before 7:00pm. Orders are left by the front door in an inconspicuous location out of the elements, unless otherwise instructed. If given access we are happy to bring your order into your home and put it away for you.

If you live in a gated community, condo or apartment complex, we can only deliver if security personnel are present to grant us entry, or if you provide us with an entry code when ordering.

Because we cannot guarantee the hour of delivery, we are unable to deliver to residences that require the resident to be at home to allow our entry.

Shipping:
For customers living outside our current delivery area, we will ship your order to you within the United States using one of the major carriers. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges.
